This learning resource aims to help students grasp the concept of how countries collaborate to solve problems and engage in trade through established laws and government practices. It compares national governance to classroom rules, emphasizing the importance of regulations that facilitate safe sharing of goods and resources among nations. The resource includes engaging visual prompts and thought-provoking questions designed to stimulate critical thinking on international trade. Scenarios illustrating shared resources, such as a shared river or a fruit trade agreement, are presented to clarify the role of treaties and agreements in maintaining peaceful relations and fair trade. Additionally, students are encouraged to create their own laws and rules for fair trade between two fictional nations, fostering creativity and understanding of cooperative relationships.
