The curriculum includes activities designed to foster community, self-care, and reflective practices, enabling students to explore their own identities and the importance of inclusive environments. Students will engage in discussions, collaborative projects, and personal reflections aimed at building supportive relationships within their classroom, ultimately creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. Activities such as establishing a Classroom Belonging Agreement and creating a Mental Wellness Toolkit encourage active participation and personal growth, while extension tasks challenge students to address barriers to belonging and propose solutions.
