Original Promptboard game cards to practice reading cvc words
This resource includes two sets of CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) flash cards aimed at helping students decode and sound out words. Each set contains eight CVC words with accompanying images to support word recognition and pronunciation. The first set includes words like 'cat', 'hat', and 'map', while the second set features 'pig', 'dog', and 'sun'. For each word, students are encouraged to sound it out and record it in their 'Word Log', promoting engagement and tracking progress as they learn to connect letter sounds to images.
