Original Prompt

Can you make a math research activity for my students? I don't want it to be just limited to math but have math sprinkled in. They are seniors so I want them to reflect on their current plans for after graduation (career, college, etc.). I'd like to have them research the math involved in their chosen path, but also include some lighter questions related to their life after graduation. Make is 3-4 pages. Include pictures, charts, etc. They need something a little more light hearted to work on...

This learning resource helps students analyze mathematical concepts and calculations relevant to their post-graduation plans while reflecting on their future aspirations. It includes activities such as creating a vision board of life five years after graduation, exploring career options and their requirements, and understanding the role of math in budgeting and financial planning. Sections address salary calculations, loan repayments, housing and transportation costs, savings goals, and hobby budgeting. Students also engage in reflections about the math skills they will use in adulthood and write a letter to their future selves, culminating in an infographic summarizing their insights.
