This educational resource is designed to enhance students' phonics skills, focusing specifically on CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) word identification, beginning sound recognition, and sound-to-letter mapping. It contains interactive activities such as a game board for matching pictures with their corresponding beginning sounds, a word bank for matching words to images, and practice with letter manipulatives. Students will tap the correct sound box for words like 'van', 'fin', and 'tin', learn to match words like 'cat', 'cup', and 'mat' to pictures, and use cut-out letter cards to spell words as dictated by the teacher. The resource aims to promote active engagement and mastery of phonics through enjoyable and hands-on activities.
