Please accommodate this for students that have language-based learning disabilities - landmark worldwide education philosophy - and lower reading level for my students that are below reading level.

chunk it up for students below grade level - highlight specific vocab, simplify vocab, and they're also Sped and Spansih EL students

I would say no more than, like, two step directions, more visuals to scaffold. I would lower the reading level to, like, a fourth grade level, trying to think what else with our kids. I would break it up into. It looks really long. So I would say even two or three days worth of a lesson. So making this a three-day lesson instead of a one day lesson. these are sped students in hs.
