This ACK words decodable reader packet contains three emergent readers that focus on ACK words. These emergent readers provide students practice reading words with ending digraphs
The three books are titled:
I Can Pack My Sack is a special reader where students will draw or cut out pictures from magazines to fill their sack. They will write the word of what they packed on the line. Books with plain lines and primary lines are available.
Each digraph book includes a cover page and 5 or more pages for students to read. The stories and sentences in each book contains simple sight words and the target word family, making them easy for beginning readers to have success with making and reading each book.
When to Use:
These books can also be made by the teacher, laminated and placed in a classroom library or reading center for students to read over and over. If students create their own book, it will be a perfect practice reader for students to take home and share and practice their reading skills with parents.
Skills Assessed:
