Can our school try TeachShare before buying?

Yes. Every teacher at your school can use the free plan for as long as they want — no card, no trial clock. That's usually the best way to evaluate us: let a few teachers actually build with it, then talk to us about a school license once you know it works for you.

Do you offer discounted pricing?

TeachShare is priced on the number of teachers you're supporting. We offer volume-based discounts, as well as special pricing for pilot programs, Title I schools, and multi-school districts. Reach out for a custom quote or to learn more about available discounts.

Question 3

Which budget can we use to pay for TeachShare?

Accepted Answer

Schools pay for TeachShare many ways: Title funds (Title I and Title III), curriculum and instructional materials budgets, state literacy grants, department budgets, PD budgets, school improvement and MTSS grants, and bilingual and EL allotments. We can split a quote across two funding sources, or across two fiscal years.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes — we accept purchase orders on School and District plans. Send us the PO and we'll invoice against it. Individual checkout is card-only. The second your PO is issued, we unlock your teachers — they can start before the check ever arrives.

What happens to teachers' accounts when a license expires?

Accepted Answer

Nothing you made goes away. Every resource a teacher creates is saved in their Launchpad and stays there. If a license lapses, the account returns to the free plan — the work is still yours, still accessible, still downloadable.

What if some of our teachers already pay for TeachShare out of pocket?

If your school or district purchases TeachShare, we'll reimburse teachers who already paid for it themselves this school year.

Yes. School and District plans include SSO and rostering. The Free plan uses standard email sign-in.

Do you have a VPAT or accessibility conformance report?

Sign in and open the Schools tab in the left sidebar — you'll see who at your school is already using TeachShare.

How do I bring TeachShare to my school?

Email hey@teachshare.com with your school, roughly how many teachers you'd want covered, and when your budget cycle opens. We'll put together a quote and, if it helps, a one-pager you can forward to your principal.
