By Love Learning Languages - French Resources
This is a set of 30 French IMPERFECT vs.PASSÉ COMPOSÉ task cards that you can use in a number of ways with your students. There are three types of task cards (see preview): - Write the verb in parentheses in the imperfect tense - Write the verb in parentheses in the passé composé - Decide which sentence is correct, the one in the imperfect or the one in the PC These cards offer an excellent opportunity to see the many ways in which we can use the passé composé as opposed to the imparfait. There's a nice mixture of common regular and irregular verbs to work with. For the passé composé there are verbs using both avoir and être as helping verb. An answer key is provided. ⇒This resource is included in my French 2 grammar, vocabulary, task cards, games and activities GROWING BUNDLE

If you look in the upper left corner you'll see a space where you can neatly punch a hole in each card and then connect them with a keyring. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I played this class with my Grade 10 Academic Core French class (in Canada). We used it as a test review before a big Imparfait test. They loved it! It engaged even the most reluctant of learners, as they knew they would only be in the "hot seat" briefly. The instructions were very easy to follow and use, and the sound effects were a great touch. My French students loved it so much that they now ask me before every test if our review will be Jeopardy!”
