Do your students need practice with French verb conjugation?  Of course they do!  This hidden pictures game will help them to get practice with French passé composé verb conjugations.  It’s entirely self-grading, so students can work independently.

Share the Google™ sheets file with them and they will type their responses in the boxes.  As they type, each correct response will cause one box of the image to appear.  Incorrect answers will cause the box to show “false” - so they can go back and fix their response.  When they’ve correctly conjugated all of the verbs, they will have a complete image.  There are 5 different images and 5 different boards, so you can assign them a little at a time - or fill the entire class period with practice!

Here's a passé composé digital escape game that is a fun way to learn about French history and culture AND practice forming and using the passé composé at the same time! Your brother-in-law has been accused of a crime and is being held in the Bastille prison.  The only way to free him is to find the real criminal - but you will have to use your French skills to do so.

To find the keys to free the friend, students will have to answer questions based on a video and a written passage, plus practice using both the passé composé.
