This resource focuses on the essential employability skills that are highly valued by employers. It outlines a structured learning program where students assess their current proficiency in ten key employability skills—such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical skills—through a self-assessment grid. The program encourages students to reflect on real-world applications of these skills in various contexts, such as school projects and work experience. Furthermore, it includes collaborative challenges to enhance communication and adaptability in teams, as well as practical workshops on problem-solving and planning in technical implementations. Through these activities, students build a comprehensive skills portfolio, set actionable goals for skill development, and prepare for mock interviews using the STAR method.
