This learning resource focuses on students reflecting on their journey thus far in the school year, specifically analyzing their personal growth and the social support systems that have influenced them. The reflective questions guide students to consider changes in friendships, activities, and interests since August, and how these changes made them feel. It also prompts students to think about aspects of their routine they want to maintain and identify supportive adults and peers in their lives. The synthesis section encourages them to contemplate the impact of these support systems and what lessons can be carried into the final quarter. Additionally, there is a challenge component that asks students to identify a skill they want to master and a person they will seek help from, facilitating targeted goal-setting for the remainder of the year.
