A clear fraction activities introduction (3.NF.A.1 / 3.NF.A.2 / 3.NF.A.2a / 3.NF.A.2b). Students will first color fraction bar to match the unit fraction then graph the matching point on a number line (divided from halves to twelfths) . This guided math will make introducing graphing points on a number line for 3rd grade easy because fraction bars are used for assistance. The resource can be used for review, homework, guided math, activities, assessing, whole class, or for students needing extra support.

You can find only one part of a whole: ½ (one half), ⅓ (one third), ¼ (one fourth), ⅕ (one fifth), ⅙ (one sixth), ⅐ (one seventh) and ⅛ (one eighth) ... up to twelfths.
