Add this Elf in Training math escape room to your 4th grade Christmas math plans! In this elf escape room, your 4th graders have been chosen to become the newest elves in training. They must solve a series of math puzzles to graduate and become true elves.

HOW TO PLAY:

• Students work collaboratively in groups to find and solve six different clues.
• Students will solve a series of math puzzles (see preview!) and use their answers to find the next clue in envelopes around the room.
• Set a timer for 45-60 minutes so students can race the clock.
• Students graduate when they find the last clue and become a true elf!

LOW PREP:

• If you're like me, you LOVE doing escape rooms with your class, but you hate the hours and hours of prep time they take!
• This is why I've created an escape room that is HIGH fun and LOW prep! All you need is:
• 6 large envelopes or manila folders
• Paper/Printer
• Glue, Scissors, and Coloring Utensils for the kids
• About 15 minutes to make copies and assemble envelopes. (And 2 minutes for every future year you play!)
