• 5 Senses: In the second task, students draw lines to match sensory details within the story to the type of sensory detail they represent.
• The Plot Thickens: In the third task, students must order the plot events of A Sound of Thunder on Freytag's Pyramid.
• Criss-Cross: In the fourth task, students solve a crossword puzzle with questions about literary elements, quotes, and plot details within the story.
• Jig Saw Quote: In the fifth and final task, students must complete a jig saw puzzle that reveals a quote from Chief Seattle that connects to a major theme within the tale. Once they figure it out and bring it to you, students escape from the past!
