Students will have fun solving 100 addition and subtraction problems within ten and 120 addition and subtraction problems within twenty. When students feel confident that they have the right answer, they can reveal it on the card and check to see if they are correct. Next, students can use the recording sheets to record their number sentences.

To assemble, simply cut and laminate addition and subtraction cards and fold on the dotted line. You can use a paper clip or small clothespin to be sure the answers stay covered. Children solve and then reveal the answers to check and see if they were right. You can differentiate this activity to meet the needs of your students or class. The first ten slides have facts within ten and the next 12 slides have facts within 20. Simply print out what you may need for your classroom needs. The sets are done in black and white to save on colored ink.
