These art warm ups are designed to engage students in thinking and artmaking from the moment they enter the art room & cut down on off task and disruptive behavior.  This resource includes 225 warm up prompts also known as bellringers for students in 2 formats - a PDF file & an editable PowerPoint.  

Developed to get and keep students on task, focused, and working as soon as they enter the room, these warm ups are designed for 2nd-5th grade students but can be used with middle school or even high school students.  While designed to get students on task, they also foster building relationships with students in the art room through discussion and social-emotional learning.  For elementary students, these prompts also build prior and content knowledge.    

Instructions to use these prompts as a sub plan for 2nd-5th grade students are also included along with 2 templates for using prompts as a sub activity.
