Practice reading CVCe words in sentences with this literacy center and sentence building worksheets. These activities are great for beginning readers. The two center activities feature real photographs to accompany the sentences. All sentences are 4-5 words long and feature beginning sight words and CVCe words.

Activities Available:

1. CVCe Sentence Puzzles - There are 16 puzzles with real photographs where students put the picture together to make the sentence.

2. CVCe Sentence Pyramid Rings - There are 16 cards with real photographs and the sentences in a pyramid format, introducing a new word on each line. Students read the sentences on the ring.

3. CVCe Sentence Worksheets - There are 16 cut and paste worksheets where students build the sentences, draw a picture of the sentence and then write the sentence.
