If you are anything like me you hate using physical cards because you lose them, or just simply set them down and forget where you set them. I create slides for each day of instruction. This helps to create seamless transitions from each subject.
I love having these sound cards in my Powerpoint because I can add or delete sounds throughout the year and shuffle them around so the kids don't memorize the order!

All 26 letters
Digraphs: ph, sh, wh, ch, ck, th (voiced and unvoiced)
Long vowels (silent e)
Word Families; all, am, an, ang, ing, ong, ung, ank, ink, onk, unk
R-controlled vowels: ar, or, er, ir, ur
Vowel Teams: ai, ay, ee, ea, ey, oa, ow, ue, oe
