Celebrate Earth Day with this easy-to-prep activity booklet featuring word searches, maze puzzles, and a finish the picture page! Designed for 1st graders and packed with 10 age appropriate word searches, 10 mini mazes, and a butterfly for students to trace and color, this booklet is perfect for reinforcing vocabulary around caring for the earth.

The word search puzzles were thoughtfully designed to be manageable for new readers. Each puzzle includes 6 words and word length increases as students move through the booklet. All words are oriented horizontally from left to right and there’s an answer key for anyone who gets stuck. The complete list of all 60 included vocabulary words is as follows:
