These phonics clip cards for beginning sounds are great for a fall or autumn themed literacy center. Each clip card features a real life photographic image of something fall themed with three choices for students to choose from to pick the correct beginning sound, blend or diagraph.

The cards are available in two formats. The first set includes the word with the beginning sound, blend or digraph missing for the student to clip. The second set just has the picture for students to identify the beginning sounds.

How to Use:

Students will look at the picture, say the word that represents the picture, then they will use a clip to mark the correct beginning sound, beginning blend or beginning digraph. Once completed, the cards and clips can be easily stored inside a task box.
