Extension chant for the book "Freeda the Cheetah" by JTK Belle exploring fast tempo. Feel free to use the chant and worksheet with or without the book. Have the students talk about what it feels like to move like a cheetah and then run either in place or around the room to the words "run, run, run". Have them explore other movements to the words in the chant as well as different ways to run.
