Are you looking for a way for students to practice their letters, and numbers, or identify beginning sounds? Then Feed a Pumpkin can help. This activity is great to use across skill areas. Students feed either a wheel barrel or basket the pumpkin cards and mark the letters, numbers, or sounds on the mat (unifix or stacking manipulatives work great for marking since cards can appear more than once). For additional practice have students record the pumpkin feed on the recording sheet.
This resource is great for centers, independent activities, or early finishers.
