The areas that are reviewed on the rubric are as follows: parts of a graphic novel, graphic novel cover page details, staying on task, grammar/punctuation/spelling, visuals, and special lettering/speech balloons. This rubric scores writing a graphic novel out of 21 possible points. The rating scale use is a 3, 2, 1, & 0.
