This is a set of online worksheets for the story "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" by J. K. Rowling. This product includes 12 Google Forms in total.

I grouped the chapters into pairs (C1, C2-C3, C4-C5, etc...). For each set of two chapters, there is one Google Form, with five pages of activities in each Google Form:

* comprehension questions (multiple choice)

* comprehension questions (short answer)

* vocabulary

* paragraphs

* true or false
