Your 3rd graders will love this Halloween math escape room! Students embark on an exciting math journey to escape a Halloween haunted house. This takes about 15 minutes for a teacher to prep, and your students will have SO much fun solving these problems, they won't even know they are doing math!

HOW TO PLAY:

• Students work collaboratively in groups to find and solve six different clues.
• Students will solve math puzzles, complete mazes, untangle comparison problems, match keys to locks, create cootie catchers with division facts, and decode secret messages.
• Using their answers, they will find the next clue in envelopes around the room.
• Set a timer for 45-60 minutes so students can race the clock.

LOW PREP:

• If you're like me, you LOVE doing escape rooms with your class, but you hate the hours and hours of prep time they take!
• This is why I've created an escape room that is HIGH fun and LOW prep! All you need is:
• 6 large envelopes or manila folders
• Paper/Printer
• Glue, Scissors, and Coloring Utensils for the kids
• About 15 minutes to make copies and assemble envelopes.
