**Identity **is a major part of adolescent development. During the middle and high school years, students are constantly trying to understand who they are, how they fit in, and how they want to be seen by others. They are forming values, exploring interests, questioning beliefs, and learning how their choices connect to who they are becoming.
Today’s students are navigating identity in more complex ways than ever before. Social media, peer expectations, family pressure, academic stress, and constant comparison all influence how students see themselves. Many students feel pulled between being authentic and meeting expectations, between who they are offline and how they present themselves online.
Without time and structure to reflect, students often struggle with confidence, self-expression, decision-making, and self-acceptance. They may feel unsure about their values, hesitant to speak up, or confused about how much they’ve changed—and whether that change is “okay.”
This resource is designed to give students a safe, structured space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of their identity in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and age-appropriate.
This resource includes 34 engaging, ready-to-use identity worksheets designed for middle and high school students, available in both print and digital formats, making it easy to use in any learning environment.
