Kindergarten End of the Year Poem and Certificates is a beautiful poem that I wrote for our kindergarten graduation years ago along with certificates and diplomas that are editable. I have adapted it for classes that do not have an actual kindergarten graduation but still want to show your kindergarten students and families just how much they mean to you! I also included a smaller version of the poem that can be handed out to students or attached to end of the year gift bags.
