Learning a New Red Word!

Inspired by Orton Gillingham

This can be used to make a red word book - or just use the Red Word page by itself when teaching a new red word.

Sections on the page include:

-Coloring a circle for each sound heard.

-Writing the sounds heard.

-Writing the actual spelling.

-Putting a heart above the parts that must be known by heart.

-Writing the word with a screen underneath.

-Writing the word 4 times.

-Using the word in a sentence.

-Checking the sentence for CUPS.
