This resource is a no prep Mother's Day gift where students create a folded flower pot to place flowers in it that have questions/answers about their mothers on it. This resource also includes a secondary version of it for students with nontraditional families without the "mom" title on it for a special person within the students' life. Directions are included in the resource on how to fold the flower pot/create the flowers if needed. The top of all the pages are labeled "For mom" or "For special person" to help you easily distinguish which is needed for printing purposes. This could be printed on paper or cardstock to help it be more durable.

This resource would be a whole group activity to do prior to Mother's Day, as a center activity or fast finisher activity. Students will love the opportunity to create their for their mothers!
