These Native American Landscape projects allow your students to explore different artmaking techniques of creating texture with a cross-curricular lesson that celebrates Native American Heritage Month and explores the artwork of Native American artist Mateo Romero.   This project is designed for 2nd-5th grade students & can be easily adapted for middle school. 

This student-favorite project is highly engaging, multi-disciplinary and includes multiple student-friendly techniques to create textured artwork.  This project works well for Native American Heritage Month (November), a landscape artist study, or anytime of the year.
