This resource is designed to expose students to a variety of real prescription medications that they could get prescribed from a doctor. Students will read the prescriptions closely and answer questions to show understanding. This resource introduces medications that are taken at different times of day (morning, noon and/or night) different types of medications (capsule, lotion, tablet and syrup), and where to look to find out important information such as what the medication is and its strength, what it treats, when and how it should be taken along with any potential side effect and warnings.
