Students enjoy learning about Roman Gods and Goddesses:

Students will complete an information sheet concerning a Roman god or goddess. They will determine what the deity was responsible for and how they were celebrated. Students will also determine relationships between Roman deities.

Students will connect the Roman gods and goddesses to present day by discovering what things are named for the god or goddess and reaching their own conclusions as to why.

Students will use their own creativity to draw a representation of the deity which they have been assigned.
