Multiple uses for the cards:

• Matching: Students practice pairing the images with the words in Spanish.
• Flashcards: One student holds up the picture card and the other students race to be the first to say the Spanish word.
• Memory: Choose 15-20 pairs to lay facedown on the table. Students take turns looking for the matches.
• Pictionary: One student pulls a card from the deck to draw and the other students try to guess the word in Spanish.
• Conversations: Students go around and ask each other if they like the food item on their card. Once they have asked, swap cards.
