SUMMARY:
Edgar Allan Poe's "The Cask of Amontillado" highlights Montresor and Fortunato at a carnival. As they celebrate through the night, they discuss the lineage of their families as they go on a search for a vintage Amontillado wine. In a dark, musty catacomb reality sets in. Montresor wants revenge. Why? What has Fortunato done? And, why is only one of these gentlemen leaving the catacomb alone? Where's the other man?
