This product utilizes the Talk, Read, Talk, Write teaching strategy to get students talking, reading, and writing about Deforestation in the Amazon Rain forest. There are 4 parts to this lesson. Students will first talk in partners or groups about a topic related to the deforestation. Students will then read 3 paragraphs about deforestation in the Amazon Rain forest and answers some questions. Students will then discuss their answers with each other. Finally, students will reflect and write on a topic related to deforestation.
