Think Sheets | Classroom Management | Behavior Forms | Behavior Documentation
Giving warning after verbal warning can be frustrating for both the teacher and the student. It can also be easy to lose track of how many warnings each student was given. A think sheet is a great way to give students a more firm warning, and also have a follow up discussion after the fact about strategies a student can use to avoid making the same mistakes. A detention sheet may be needed at times, and this form features the opportunity for students to take responsibility for their behavior and reflect on ways to do better.
Both forms feature a student-led format, encouraging students to be accountable for their actions. The detention sheet includes a space for parents to sign and return as well for documentation purposes.
