These sticky-note templates are staffs with the Treble Clef that you can print on and use for anything you need to show to students to place in notebooks or method books, or whatever other needs you have with your students!

The PDF file allows you to print off a master copy of the page you want to use. After printing the master page, simply place blank sticky-notes on the master page and put the page back into the printer!

This entire document is 5 pages, which includes:

2. 3"x3" page with a title line
3. 3"x3" page without a title line
4. 2"x2" page with a title line
5. 2"x2" page without a title line
6. Blank 3"x3" to help place your notes
7. Blank 2"x2" to help you place your notes

The 3"x3" pages hold 9 sticky notes on the page. the 2"x2" pages hold 12 sticky notes on the page.

You can print as many masters as you need to print multiple sticky-notes at a time. However, you may not share this document with teachers, so please encourage your coworkers to purchase their own copy of this sticky-note template.
