Students will love playing this guessing game as they try to figure out which snowman has the mitten hidden behind it. The snowman cards have numbers 1-31 as well as the 26 letters of the alphabet. Choose which snowmen cards you want to use. There are also a few extra blank cards for you to use to print out to make up your own game.
Directions: Cut out and laminate cards and place on a pocket chart. Have one or two students hide the mittens behind one of the snowmen while the other students try to guess where it is. Students could give clues after each guess. Such as greater or less than when using number cards or before or after while using letter cards. You could also use the numbers on a winter calendar.
