The areas that are reviewed on the rubric are as follows: making sure the directions are in sequential order, including a topic, supporting sentences, exact details, and a closing sentence, staying on task, grammar/punctuation/spelling, and working with others. This rubric scores the step-by-step writing assignment out of 18 possible points. The rating scale use is a 3, 2, 1, & 0.
