Write On with Jamie

Hi, I'm Jamie, and I created Write On with Jamie to help teachers who are looking for innovative lessons to enrich their students' writing, grammar, and public speaking skills. Because teachers have a million different items on our daily agenda list, I have developed lessons that require little to no-prep, but still encompass the standards students need to master. My resources are specifically designed to engage students and to help them develop the skills they need to become confident and successful writers and speakers. In order to fill the need for scaffolded lessons focusing on common skill gaps, I created comprehensive writing and grammar programs that are standards based and focus on the 6 Traits of Writing. When I first started developing my program, teachers from around the district, state, and country would email and ask for lessons. As full-time teacher, I had trouble keeping up with all of their requests. Then I discovered online education platforms and Write On with Jamie was born. This has enabled me to share my lessons with teachers around the world. Write On!
