In middle school where you have 150+ students that you see just one period a day, it is tough to get to know them personally. This beginning of the year activity let's them introduce themselves to you by creating a PowerPoint presentation about their likes, dislikes, goals and aspirations.
This fun lesson lets students get creative while writing about their favorite topic - themselves!
This lesson was created for middle school, but could be used for upper elementary or 9th grade as well.
This lesson is great for distance learning/remote learning. You can upload it to your school's learning management system (Google Classroom, Edmodo, Canvas, etc.) or share with students via Google Drive.
