This literature unit is a great guided reading group study. ~Questions are based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and use higher level thinking skills. Many questions also elicit story recall responses. ~Included in the unit: -comprehension questions for each chapter -word work activity for each chapter ~ I use this unit with one of my guided reading groups. The unit will last about a week or two. Sometimes the guided reading groups set their own expectations/assignments for completing their books. ~ Stink Solar System Superhero is an AR level 3.4 book.

This 73 page Novel Study includes highly engaging and comprehensive questions and activities that allow your students to respond to the story by using a wide range of reading comprehension strategies and skills.

Guided reading group time has always been a favorite time in my classroom. Students love the closeness of the small group and reading a book chosen just for them! Stink and the Great Guinea Pig Express is book four in the Stink series. The format is half page (my students LOVE the smaller booklet format). I print the pages on one side of the paper. This allows the back of the page available to use for additional notes or vocabulary work.
