Print the clues and cut them in half

Fold the clues in half and hide them WELL in the hiding spots provided (see the list of hiding spots below_

A “secret mission” is read

Clue # 1 is handed to the “treasure seeker” which leads to clue 2 in a different location

Players can decode the code words on each clue as they go, or all at the same time once they’ve found all the clue cards, then write them on the answer sheet

Collect all the letters in the shaded areas on the answer sheet, then unscramble them to reveal the secret code word leading them to the final prize

The final prize is up to you! Maybe it’s a birthday gift, candy, party favors, or a handwritten letter about your next vacation. The possibilities are endless as to what you choose to hide in the final location.

  • Analyze primary sources that depict teenagers before World War II and in the 1950s.
  • For each set of images, you will consider the questions & draw comparisons.
