Cross and toss is a dice game that allows students to practice their addition or multiplications facts in a fun way.

Students take turns rolling two dice and add the numbers shown. Then they cover or cross that number on the recording sheet provided.

Let your 5th-grade students practice while having fun with this engaging order of operations find the hidden message activity. This activity will be a great way to review your lesson. Students will practice order of operations while they look for the hidden message. As they correctly answer the questions the mystery message will be revealed. I used it as a sub-plan in sixth grade and the kids loved it, they were so engaged!

This is an intro to Algebra Equations with basic math problems. Examples and an Answer Key

This addition and subtraction FREEBIE includes addition and subtraction word problems that are appropriate for lower elementary K-1. Students will be adding and subtracting between 0 and 10. For each problem, students will be asked to read the word problem, draw a picture that illustrates the problem, complete the number sentence, and write the answer to the word problem. How to Use:
