There are 3 versions of these 20 Thanksgiving Would You Rather Questions:
Use in 5 different ways:
1. Use in morning group time/ morning meeting to get children warmed up and sharing ideas.
2. Use as a check-in question when children arrive.
3. Use as a way for parents and children to connect at drop-off in the morning.
4. Use as a tool to introduce graphing.
5. Connect with families – send one home on Fridays for the children to discuss with their families and come back to class on Monday to report what their different family members said.

These Thanksgiving Classroom Activities here will examine the main areas in your students’ lives and get them thinking and identifying the many different people and things we can be thankful for.
The Thanksgiving classroom activities included are:
1. Discussion Activity: Print and use the vibrant images to highlight different things and people we can be thankful for.
Why do we need to be thankful?
We need to learn to focus on the positive so that we can acknowledge all the good we have in our lives. Being thankful also allows us to think of others and all they do for us and appreciate them.
2. Thanksgiving Flip Book (B&W and Color)
Now that your students have had time to discuss and think about what they are thankful for, it is time to put those ideas onto paper by creating a super cute Thanksgiving Flip Book.
3. Thankful Turkey
A simple Thankful Turkey to cut, color and glue together to create an awesome classroom display or to send home to celebrate Thanksgiving!

They can be introduced slowly during morning group time / morning meetings. Introduce and discuss each motto with the children.
