Daily Agenda Outline - Elementary School
By A Teachers Sidekick
This is an outline of a daily schedule that can be used to help with:
I recommend making an outline copy for each day of the week, so you can go in an add different statements/needs/groups for each day to match with lesson plans.
For small group rotations, there is a 60 second song that plays whenever you click the play button in the top left hand corner. This is used to signify how much time the group needs to be changed to the next group.
For the choice board/WIN time (What Is Needed), I have had students come up and write their names using the interactive whiteboard to keep track of where they are going. If you do not have an interactive whiteboard, then I would recommend writing it on a normal whiteboard and using magnets with students names/numbers on them to help keep track of where each student is for choice time.

Time allowance to complete:
5-10 minutes - read through the text individually.
40-50 minutes - answer questions using the text as guidance (including extension activity)
Time allowance to assess:
A class set of activities might take around 15-20 minutes to mark; the teacher can then send the students their marks automatically, which allows them to read back through their work. Nearly all answers are not automatically generated, but only require a small amount of work to assign points. This is because the aim is to get students writing answers and not to just have multiple choice options.
Please ensure when you download this resource into Google Drive that you are logged in to the gmail account where you wish to store the activity. In the past teachers have downloaded resources into their school account in error. Thanks :)
