Easy no prep Mother's Day activity for students to create! Students just color, cut and glue to create a flower pop up card! 16 options are included in the download including the year, Mom, Mama, Mommy, Grandma, Grammie, Mimi, Gigi, Auntie, Tia, and multiple blank options with to/ from also included! Can be copied on regular copy paper, but card stock will make card more durable!

Students cut around the outside of the design, put glue where it states "glue here" and then attach to make a "vase" out of the bottom portion of the card. Tape can also be used to help secure the paper closed if needed!
