This is a worksheet/lesson (with answers) on jobs and professions in French. The resource can be used to introduce new knowledge or reinforce prior knowledge. It features a list of jobs categorised into cognates, near-cognates and non-cognates, numbers (1-20) and the verb “to be” in the present tense. The worksheet includes 10 varied exercises targeting reading and writing skills, such as translation, fill-in-the-blank, error correction and reading comprehension with multiple-choice questions and the final reflection. It includes brief and clear explanations on how to form plurals in French, the sentence structure differences in English and French and what a cognate is. There are plenty of activities and their answers are provided at the end.
