Use in centers, small groups, or as an early finisher activity. My kids are always begging me to play this game!

This game includes all 107 Zeno Sight Words. I teach the 107 Sight Words because they are the most narrowed-down list of the most commonly used words in texts. It is important your child can read these words quickly and accurately for success in reading! 

I broke the words up into 8 sets so that each set would have 52 cards to keep the game engaging and not too long! This also allows you to easily differentiate the game by choosing the set that has more words that your child needs to work on! Each set is color-coded so if cards get mixed up you can easily find their place!

*Prep time is needed. I suggest you print these on card stock and laminate them for more durability. Printing on normal paper will work too! Print the set of cards and cut them out!

This Bingo game is a great game to support students with key summer themed words. This is a great game for a whole class approach or center activities.

These products are supplemental activities that I use with my 1st grade students to help them learn their sight words for Benchmark Literacy. The students absolutely love playing Zoom! Zoom! and ask to play it all the time. The sight words strips are perfect for centers or before you start guided reading. The students are able to practice their sight words quietly. How to Play Zoom! Zoom!: 2-4 players Place cards face down on the table. Players take turns flipping the top card. The player reads the word. If they can read it, they place it in front of them. When a player gets a Zoom! Zoom! card, all the other players Zoom! all of their cards to him/her. With this game, learners have less than 15 seconds to race against the clock to identify the part of speech represented by the highlighted word. Here's the twist: The possible responses start disappearing after time. Incorrect answers lose points and correct answers earn points. Sight Word Tic-Tac-Toe games are a fun, low prep way to reinforce sight word recognition and automaticity. Sight words make up more than 50% of general texts and are a vital part of reading success. This file contains 5 sets of Sight Word Tic-Tac-Toe boards - one for each of the Dolch sight word lists. Each set contains 20 boards for a total of 100 boards! Simply print, laminate and cut apart the boards, and you will have an activity set that can be used over and over again through the entire year. These gameboards are "closed" gameboards. You can make these work in your favor by setting up the guidelines ahead of time. Students can continue to play round and round the board until the time is up. Put a small pile of tokens such as cubes in the center and they can collect one for each lap they make if you want a way to keep score. Or, you can state that the games are over after a player has made 5 rounds, or however you choose.
